The RoleAs Financial Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial health of the business and supporting strategic decision‑making at all levels. You’ll be responsible for managing reporting cycles, improving financial systems and providing accurate analysis to drive performance.
Day to Day- Managing monthly and annual financial reporting cycles
- Conducting contract and project reviews to support performance and profitability
- Overseeing cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Providing financial insights and analysis to departmental managers
- Driving continuous improvement across financial systems and controls
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent) qualification
- 15 years experience in a senior finance role (ideally within FM, construction or engineering)
- Strong analytical, communication and IT skills
- Experience with financial software and reporting tools

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
