Monday to Friday 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00

Lead Maintenance Engineer required for a renowned food manufacturer with a global presence. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to step into a lead position within a supportive team who can offer development and progression.

The Lead Maintenance Engineer role would suit multiskilled engineers with experience of working in a FMCG environment. You will have PLC fault finding experience and will hold a relevant apprenticeship (or equivalent).

The Lead Maintenance Engineer role is a hands:on position responsible for leading planned maintenance and fault diagnostics. You will work in a pair and will act as the technical authority on the shift.

• A Technical lead on site per shift : driving continuous improvement, mentoring the team and coordinating maintenance activities
• A PPMs and Reactive Maintenance
• A Working with conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, PLCs etc.
• A Support the installation of new equipment
• A Shift handovers

• A Experienced multi skilled engineer
• A Experience in a FMCG environment (or similar)
• A Apprentice trained (or equivalent)
