Senior Actimize Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr Actimize Developer to design, develop, and maintain Actimize solutions for financial crime and compliance management.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Actimize platforms and strong software engineering skills to deliver robust, scalable solutions for critical business functionality.

• Develop, enhance, and support Actimize solutions including IFM, Act One Case Management, and related modules.
• Analyze user and business requirements to design and implement effective solutions.
• Write, test, debug, and deploy code while ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Maintain documentation and troubleshoot programming and developmental errors.
• Provide support and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, debugging, deployment, and functional monitoring.

• Overall 12+ years of experience in software development, with 6+ years in Actimize.
• Expertise in Actimize IFM-x 10.1, AIS 4.32/4.34, RCM 4.15, Act One 6.5/6.6.
• Experience with Actimize CTR / FinCEN and Actimize STAR modules.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles and object-oriented programming.
• Proficiency in analyzing requirements, writing and refining code, and debugging complex issues.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and performance optimization.

• Experience in financial crime compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
