At PNC, our people are our greatest differentiator and competitive advantage. As a Software Engineer Principal within PNC's C&IB Data Products organization, you will lead complex data warehouse applications and serve as a technical lead for a team of three offshore ETL developers.

The role focuses on managing all technical aspects of the applications, including ETL development and design, orchestrating workflows using CA7, and implementing new data integrations and code deployments. It requires strong collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders and working with large‑scale databases such as Teradata or Oracle to support enterprise‑level data operations.
Ideal candidate: extensive experience leading complex data warehouse applications, advanced knowledge of Informatica ETL, proficiency in SQL, CA7 scheduling, and Connect:
Direct/NDM. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and hands‑on experience with Informatica and Teradata are highly desirable. Strong ETL design knowledge and ability to guide offshore development teams are required.

Base Salary: $65,000.00 – $. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
