Builder - Installation Manager

Rite Rug has been one of the top privately owned flooring companies, since 1934! We are looking for a motivated, reliable, Installation Manager to join our team! POSITION SUMMARY:

To ensure the customer has the best possible experience when have their new floors installed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Management of all installation and service of flooring within a specified geographic region
Manage installation from beginning to end, keeping in close contact with the customer throughout the process
Ability to make product suggestions to customer to ensure the highest quality end result
Troubleshoot any installation/flooring issues to determine the best solution for the customer
Work closely with retail sales team to understand the customer's needs
Must display a sense of urgency to address & satisfy customer issues
Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
1. Have earned a High school Diploma or equivalent
2. Experience in the Flooring Industry or Construction is a plus.
3. Must have exceptional customer services skills
4. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required
5. Be able to lift at least 25 pounds
6. Be able to work independently and problem solve
