Outside Sales Move Consultant

Eyring Movers (Edward Eyring & Sons, Inc.) has been in business for over 100 years with integrity, professionalism, and exceptional service. As we expand into Strongsville, we’re seeking a personable, community‑oriented Outside Sales Move Consultant who will help us grow brand awareness and build strong referral networks, not through aggressive sales tactics, but through authentic relationship‑building.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Represents a brand with warmth, professionalism, and confidence

• Serve as the local face of Eyring Movers in Strongsville, attending events, engaging with community groups, and building relationships with families, homeowners, and referral partners.
• Develop and nurture connections with realtors, mortgage brokers, senior living communities, builders, business owners, and other local referral sources.
• Meet with customers in their homes or virtually to understand their moving needs and provide a professional, accurate estimate.
• Guide customers through the moving process with empathy, clarity, and consistent follow‑through.
• Maintain detailed notes and activity tracking in Smart Moving.
• Partner closely with our operations and customer service teams to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless, exceptional experience.
• Share market insights, community trends, and opportunities with leadership to support our Strongsville expansion strategy.

• Someone well networked within Strongsville (community groups, schools, sports, business associations, neighborhood connections, etc.)
• Outstanding people skills – warm, confident, trustworthy, and service‑driven
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for appointments and events
• A genuine desire to represent a reputable company and help us grow in a new market
