Job SummaryThe Event Marketer will attend pre-scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interactions with potential customers. Assigned to work trade shows/events/fairs/festivals and community events to generate qualified leads for our sales team. Responsible for exceeding lead targets and goals set by the Event Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities- Interact with potential customers and demonstrate products using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while keeping the manager informed.
- Capture and manage show leads using our proven system.
- Set up and tear down event booths (ability to lift up to 50 pounds).
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Attention to detail and punctuality.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate customers about our product line.
- High energy, engagement, and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Proficient in using the company system to generate qualified leads.
- Must have a smartphone to use the timekeeping application and submit leads.
- Starting pay: $18 per hour + commission, paid weekly every Friday.
