Join Action Link as a part‑time Retail Merchandiser based in Strongsville, OH.

Hours:

up  hours per week, Monday‑Wednesday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. no weekends or evenings. Additional hours may be available Thursday or Friday.

Location:

Strongsville, OH and surrounding area.

• Perform store visits and complete retail display projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.

• Compensation: $18.00 per hour for general merchandising projects.
• Additional technical projects available at higher rates based on need.
• W2 employment with bi‑weekly pay schedule and direct deposit.
• Optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.
• Travel reimbursement for store‑to‑store drive time and mileage assistance.
• Paid training to prepare for program success.
• Accrue PTO hours weekly.

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience desirable.
• Ability to Causes handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory.
• Attention to detail: follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed.
• Tech‑ready:
  Internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS‑enabled smart device with latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access is a plus.
• Travel ability: must have a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle access, and be required to use the vehicle for responsibilities.
• Physical ability: stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
