Responsibilities include:
Ensure each customer receives outstanding service by providing a genuine, friendly, and entertaining experience for pets and their people.Maintain solid product knowledge and stay current with new product releases.Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organized store.Assist in processing shipments, replenishing products, merchandising, and monitoring floor stock to ensure proper pricing, display, and rotation.Complete transactions quickly and accurately at the POS.Celebrate successes and love what you do!Minimum requirements include:
A love of pets and a genuine interest in animal nutrition and welfare.Focus on building customer relationships through excellent service.Energy, enthusiasm, integrity, and mutual respect.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.We offer competitive pay and a great associate discount.
