They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service, assess customer needs, offer showroom tours, facilitate measurements, and review room designs to make purchasing recommendations. They also manage stock levels of samples and brochures, and ensure displays and showrooms are appealing and safe to promote a positive shopping environment. These efforts help drive sales and meet store goals.
