** is currently recruiting an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse, BSN preferred, for the position of
** Regional Director of Clinical Operations
** for our facilities located in the
** Cleveland, OH area**. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in Nursing Consulting and Long Term Care. Experience as a DON is preferred.

The Regional Director of Clinical Operations is a key management position whose responsibilities will include:
* Evaluate facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care.
* Visit facilities weekly for intervention, audit and training.
* Train new nursing management.
* Monitor readiness for State Survey and assist during surveys
* Aid in the Plan of Correction process

* Job Requirements:

*** Current RN license, BSN preferred, in the State of Ohio.
* At least 3 - 5 years experience in Long Term Care and Nursing Consulting
* Previous DON experience preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and oversee functions at multiple facilities on a daily basis
* Ability to travel throughout region
* Must maintain current CPR certification
