Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, clients, and internal teams
• Monitor budgets, schedules, quality, and safety
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges
• Represent the company professionally with owners and partners

• What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Experience with Procore or similar construction platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Solutions-driven mindset with a desire for long-term growth
