Position Title: Experience Designer

Individual will own customer-facing and employee-facing design systems, including the company’s most widely adopted design system. Develops and maintains design standards and drives efficiency gains for internal development teams.

• Design system experience (using and ideally contributing/maintaining)
• Jira
• Confluence
• Good communication
• Critical thinking
• Systems thinking mindset
• Detail-oriented

• Soft Skills:

• Experience in lieu of education accepted; design bootcamps a plus.
