As a Senior Agile Coach within PNC's technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX.

The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coaching multiple teams, including establishing new teams and promoting best practices.
  • Collaborating with senior enterprise leadership to advance process maturity and optimize practices.
  • Driving transformation initiatives and facilitating cultural change across the organization.
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to enhance delivery and outcomes.
Preferred

Skills & Qualifications
  • SAFe SPC Certification (version 5.0 or higher).
  • Proven experience in:
    • Launching Agile Release Trains (ARTs) from discovery through embedment.
    • Leading Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) transformations.
    • Teaching SAFe‑certified classes and enabling others to teach.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Product Owner/Manager roles.
    • Leading SAFe practices.
  • Ability to drive organizational agility and coach at scale.
  • PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
Job Description
  • Provides expertise and leadership for multiple teams, senior enterprise leaders and product development life cycles. Effective in driving cultural change and leading transformation. Challenges conventional thinking that interferes with change efforts.
  • Provides coaching to groups of teams, including the establishment of new teams, and summarizing and promoting best practices.
  • Collaborating with senior enterprise leadership to drive the maturity of processes and practices; identify and facilitate continuous improvements.
  • Facilitates discussions across multiple levels of stakeholders to identify and eliminate highly complex problems impeding teams' delivery/progress.
  • Identifying learning and development opportunities for multiple teams on the subject of agile methodology, principles and/or tools; customizing, maintaining and delivering training materials as needed.

  • Education:

    Bachelors.
  • Certifications:

    None required.
  • Licenses:
    None required.
  • Work Experience:

    University / college degree. 8+ years of industry relevant experience, including relevant certifications. Higher level education or comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $80,000.00 – $. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
