This is a full-time, on-site Field Engineer role based in Strongsville, OH. The Field Engineer will be responsible for performing technical support tasks, including onsite troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems, ensuring full operational performance. They will interact directly with clients to assess and resolve technical issues, implement IT solutions, and provide hands‑on support to maintain field service operations and ensure system reliability.

• Strong expertise in troubleshooting and problem‑solving in IT systems
• Exceptional communication skills for interacting with both team members and clients
• Proficiency in field service and technical support operations
• Experience in managing projects and coordinating resources effectively
• Ability to work on‑site and travel to various locations for client support
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in IT systems or related fields (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft)
• Experience in a fast‑paced IT or technical support environment is beneficial
