• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology required. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Able to read, write, and follow verbal instructions in Standard English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with listening, consultative and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Self-directed with ability to prioritize and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to apply product knowledge and past experience to make independent decisions.
• Ability to function and thrive in a team environment with an appreciation of aggressive goals.
