This position is specifically for an individual seeking full-time employment (40 hours/week), serving as a co-lead teacher in a classroom with children aged 3-4 years in a preschool setting.

• Current Salary Range: $18.00-$24.00/hour (based on education level)
• 8-hour work shifts each day

Our preschool teachers are responsible for coordinating daily classroom operations, planning, presenting, and evaluating educational and recreational activities in a safe environment, and working directly with children and parents to ensure quality customer service.

• Experience a sense of accomplishment through children's laughter and wonder during activities you plan.
• Observe children's interests and collaborate with other teachers to develop engaging curriculum ideas.
• Communicate daily with parents via mobile apps and personal discussions, sharing children's latest adventures and achievements.
• Engage with other childcare professionals and continue professional growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related child-focused field (preferred)
• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Current CDA or Early Childhood Teaching credential
• Enrolled in a CDA or degree program
• Knowledge of childcare programming, safety, emergency first aid, program management, and customer service principles

Located in Macedonia, Ohio, our school has been serving approximately 140 children for 16 years. As part of a larger franchise system with over 30 years of experience, we are the premier preschool for children aged six weeks to six years.
