- Current Salary Range: $16.00–$21.00/hourly pay (based on education level)
- 8‑hour work shift each day, consistent daily schedule
- Annual pay raises (2 in the first year)
- Quarterly incentive bonuses worth an extra $1–$3/hour for all hours worked during the quarters

- Coordinate daily operations of assigned classes.
- Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for children 1–2 years in a preschool setting.
- Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
- Feel a sense of accomplishment from the laughter and wonder of children during planned activities.
- Observe children’s interests and collaborate with other teachers to develop creative curriculum ideas.
- Communicate with parents daily, sharing children’s latest adventures and achievements via mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Engage with other child‑care professionals and continue to grow professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related) preferred.
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related).
- Current CDA or Early Childhood Teaching credential.
- Actively enrolled in a CDA or degree program.
- Knowledge of childcare programming, safety and emergency first‑aid procedures, program management, and customer service principles.
