  • Current Salary Range: $16.00–$21.00/hourly pay (based on education level)
  • 8‑hour work shift each day, consistent daily schedule
  • Annual pay raises (2 in the first year)

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily operations of assigned classes.
  • Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for children 1–2 years in a preschool setting.
  • Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related) preferred.
  • Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related).
  • Current CDA or Early Childhood Teaching credential.
  • Actively enrolled in a CDA or degree program.
  • Knowledge of childcare programming, safety and emergency first‑aid procedures, program management, and customer service principles.
