As a
Customer Service Specialist
, you will be the face and voice of Repair Authority. You will provide exceptional service to customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience across all interactions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment and enjoys multitasking and problem-solving.
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls (approximately 75–100 per day)
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, online chat, and in person
- Address customer questions and complaints; escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns in accordance with company guidelines
- Serve as a customer- and manufacturer-facing representative of the company
- Provide administrative and clerical support across multiple departments, including customer service, operations and logistics.
- Utilize multiple systems and software platforms, including Microsoft Office and internal ERP/CRM systems
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and report preparation
- Complete additional duties as assigned to support business operations
- Strong customer service skills with a patient, professional, and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable interacting with customers and manufacturers in a professional setting
- Proven problem-solver with strong critical-thinking skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong multitasking abilities and ability to manage competing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
- Comfortable learning and navigating new software and systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under tight schedules and shift priorities quickly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
