As a
Customer Service Specialist
, you will be the face and voice of Repair Authority. You will provide exceptional service to customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience across all interactions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment and enjoys multitasking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls (approximately 75–100 per day)
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, online chat, and in person
  • Address customer questions and complaints; escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns in accordance with company guidelines
  • Serve as a customer- and manufacturer-facing representative of the company
  • Provide administrative and clerical support across multiple departments, including customer service, operations and logistics.
  • Utilize multiple systems and software platforms, including Microsoft Office and internal ERP/CRM systems
  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and report preparation
  • Complete additional duties as assigned to support business operations
Qualifications

  • Comfortable interacting with customers and manufacturers in a professional setting
  • Proven problem-solver with strong critical-thinking skills
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong multitasking abilities and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
  • Comfortable learning and navigating new software and systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight schedules and shift priorities quickly
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
