Job title: Accounting Consultant
Location: On-site in Strongsville, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Accounting Consultant):

• Analyze and improve accounting systems, procedures, and controls.

• Provide guidance on complex accounting issues including GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance.

• Assist with financial reporting, audits, and forecasting.

• Evaluate internal controls and recommend risk mitigation strategies.

• Support month-end and year-end close processes.

• Provide training and mentorship to in-house accounting staff.

• Implement new accounting tools or software as needed.

• Prepare and review financial statements and ensure accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications (Accounting Consultant):

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• CPA or CMA certification is strongly preferred.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting or financial consulting.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP, Oracle).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
