: £28,363 - £28,582 pro rata / £15.54 - £15.66 per hour (including Distant Islands Allowance)

A suitable candidate is sought for the above vacancy for Support for Learning Assistant at Stromness Academy. As a member of the school team you will be expected to work with pupils, colleagues and parents.

• Temporary up to 2 July 2026

• Support for Learning Assistant duties at Stromness Academy as part of the school team, working with pupils, colleagues and parents.
• Be committed to supporting, encouraging and including all children in achieving their potential.

• Applicants should have a good general standard of education, including evidence of competency in literacy and numeracy.
• This post is subject to Level 2 Disclosure Check with PVG for working in a regulated role with children.
