What You Will Do- Oversee the prioritized daily business goals
- Sort and coordinate daily task labels
- Manage multiple tasks throughout the workday
- Work cross laterally with internal and external business partners
- Investigate deselect ions report and work with ICQA team to process orders
- Communicate with teams to fix deselection errors (WHSE, INV, RCV)
- Release work to picking operations and support label printing
- Manage and communicate add‑ins / move‑outs based on capacity to order processing leadership
- Update order planning spreadsheet and manage pick‑up times and workflow for shipping
- Support other functions on production control team such as scheduling, communication with carriers, etc.
- Distribution/Fulfillment/Warehouse experience
- Proficient in written English
- Ability to effectively communicate with team, supervisor, and all departments
- General computer knowledge (Manhattan experience a plus)
- Ability to follow direction with emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity
- Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2‑4 years’ experience in a warehouse environment preferred
- Forklift experience preferred, willingness to learn required
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Microsoft Office - Word and Excel experience required
- Experience in UPS World Ship
- Manhattan experience
- WMS experience
