Supply Chain Associate

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Supply Chain Associate for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Streetsboro, OH
. Details for the position are as follows:

• Pay $22.50/HR
• Hybrid role: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
• 9-month assignment, possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
• As a Supply Chain Associate, you'll join a dynamic team for a 9-month paid opportunity. This role is perfect for recent graduates (within the last 12 months) who are eager to build foundational knowledge in supply chain while learning the ins and outs of the beauty industry. You'll work on challenging projects, collaborate with top talent, and gain exposure to senior executives—all while solving complex problems and optimizing ways of working through tech.

• Inventory Management & Planning:
  Manage inventory, forecasting, and order processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Special Projects:
  Take ownership of key initiatives and contribute to the team's success.

  Work closely with supply chain team members and reporting systems to gain hands‑on experience.

• Have recently earned a Bachelor's or Master's degree (0‑2 years of experience).
• Strong analytical skills required (an engineering degree is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Prior supply chain experience preferred.
