Construction Estimator

Description

• Coordinating with subcontractors on-site during pre-construction portion of the project.
• Calculating bids and budgets for their upcoming projects.
• Will be working alongside the Sr. Estimator who will develop and conducting training.
• Ability to converse with subcontractors on budgets and bids to keep the project on schedule.

• 2 - 5 years of estimating experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Procore or Bluebeam experience.

Intermediate Level

This is a Contract position based out of Streetsboro, OH.

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $50.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Streetsboro, OH.

This position is anticipated to close on Feb 11, 2026.
