Construction Estimator - Streetsboro, Ohio - JOB 26-00064
Streetsboro, Ohio company is seeking to hire a Construction Estimator to develop bids for development, redevelopment and construction of historic buildings, industrial, manufacturing buildings, labs and multifamily projects.
Salary Range: $90K - $105K Permanent Position with Benefits
Requirements- Associate or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 4+ years experience in Construction Management and / or Estimating building development costs
- Solid knowledge of construction industry materials, methods, and the tools
- High energy with exceptional verbal & written communication skills
- Good negation skills to interact with vendors, sub-contractors and clients
- Collect historical cost data to estimate costs
- Review construction documents, soil and testing reports
- Evaluate plans, research costs & develop project bid scopes
- Assist others to plan, organize, and schedule project work
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
