Construction Estimator - Streetsboro, Ohio - JOB 25-01643 Salary Range: $90K - $105K Permanent Position with Benefits Streetsboro, Ohio company is seeking to hire a Construction Estimator to develop bids for development, redevelopment and construction of historic buildings, Industrial, Manufacturing Buildings, Labs and Multifamily projects. REQUIREMENTS Associate or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management 4+ year's experience in Construction Management and / or Estimating building development costs Solid knowledge of construction industry materials, methods, and the tools High energy with exceptional verbal & written communication skills Good negation skills to interact with vendors, sub-contractors and clients Collect historical cost data to estimate costs Review construction documents, soil and testing reports Evaluate plans, research costs & develop project bid scopes Assist others to plan, organize, and schedule project work Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
