The position is within the Dietary Department and involves preparing, serving, and cleaning meals for patients, guests, and facility staff. Shift times vary based on departmental and hospital needs. Meals are prepared in accordance with approved menu cycles and production sheets.

EXPERIENCE/
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED is REQUIRED. Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years' experience in quantity cooking and basic knowledge of modified diets is highly preferred.
Current Illinois Food Service Sanitation Certificate is REQUIRED. Primary source verification shall be required through the State of Illinois Department of Public Health.
