This is a full-time, on-site Lead Teller role located in Stratford, NJ. The Lead Teller will oversee daily branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient transaction processing while maintaining a secure and compliant banking environment. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting the teller team, managing cash handling activities, resolving customer inquiries, and driving customer engagements through excellent service. This role also involves contributing to branch sales and operational success.

• Strong cash handling, transaction processing, and attention-to-detail skills
• Proven leadership and team supervision abilities, with experience providing guidance and support to team members
• Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills to maintain a positive banking experience
• Understanding of banking operations, compliance, and security procedures
• Ability to meet sales goals and contribute to solutions that meet customer banking needs
• Proficient in basic computer skills and banking software
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in finance or business is a plus
• Previous experience in banking or financial services is an advantage
