We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors and is essential to delivering a positive, welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative and front-desk responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred but not required.
This position follows a flexible scheduling model, which may include weekends and holidays as needed. Work schedules are released in six-week intervals and may change based on operational needs.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Manage incoming calls with proper phone etiquette and clear communication
- Oversee visitor management and front-desk operations
- Review documentation and ensure accurate data entry into computerized systems
- Perform administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Utilize patient management and record-keeping software
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support seamless operations
- Standard shifts: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM; 3:00 PM-11:00 PM; 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
- Alternative shifts may include 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, depending on operational needs
- Weekdays, weekends, and holidays may be required
- Full six-week schedule commitment required
- Completed High School diploma or GED
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk professional
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Proficiency with computers and office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with health information management practices is a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENTWork hours will vary depending on assignments, client schedules, project deadlines, and the needs of the company. Workweeks may exceed 40 hours and may involve any of the 7 days of the week, depending on the needs of the business. The work environment may be fast-paced and stressful or may also be quiet and slow-paced. All environments and pace of work will require alertness and ability to perform under pressure.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to sit, stand, and walk for variable amounts of time throughout an assigned shift; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects 25 pounds or more.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Frequently engages in mental concentration, analysis, and formulation.
