We have an immediate opening for a Drain Technician for our overnight shift (11:30 pm–7:00 am). After training, first-year technicians can expect average pay of $55,000, with rapid increases as experience grows. Roto-Rooter provides an initial 12 weeks of paid sewer and drain service training, with additional continuing training for those who wish to pursue a journeyman plumber’s license.

• Diagnose and provide solutions to sewer and drain problems.
• Provide cost estimates and close the sale.
• Unclog and clean sewers and drains using Roto-Rooter equipment and tools.
• Document estimates and invoices in writing and on a provided smartphone.
• Collect payment and move on to the next service call.

• A valid driver’s license.
• Effective communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude is desirable; prior experience is not required.
