Yale New Haven Health -  - Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the RN, engages in selected tasks and activities to obtain and report information to assist in assessment and planning of patient needs.;
Obtains and records vital signs as ordered by the RN.;
Performs technical duties and selected treatments and activities contributing to safe and efficient patient care.;
Ensures accurate patient identification and proper handling of medications and materials.;
Communicates effectively with patients, families, and staff and participates in shift handoffs and rotating assignments.
