Production Team Members play a vital role in supporting the production of high quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. Your success is one of our top priorities and by working in one of our production departments you will find there are endless opportunities for growth leading to an exciting and dynamic career in the Automotive Industry.

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
• Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)

  Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1st full year)

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or— successful completion of an aptitude test
