** Project Manager.
** This position will be located in Stratford, Wisconsin. The role of the Project Manager is plan, execute, and finalize assigned projects according to deadlines and within budget. The Project Manager is a proactive liaison between Sales, Estimating, Engineering, Design, Automation, and the Manufacturing Plants. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of the customer, team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

The Project Manager will also document the project’s objectives and oversee cost and quality throughout its life cycle.

Once assigned a project, the Project Manager will direct and manage project activity throughout the project life cycle; from order acceptance and kickoff through closing.

Effectively communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

Track estimated versus actual costs against work performed while monitoring scope requirements and recommend and track change requests balancing customer service with budget responsibilities

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel

Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations as needed.

* EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

** Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical fields, or equivalent experience in industry.
** EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
** 3 - 5 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity.

Strong familiarity with various project management software especially Microsoft Project 2007 or newer.

Database and operating systems experience. Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies. Demonstrated experience in personnel management. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines. Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments. Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise.

Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills. Customer service skills an asset.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
