THE WORK Responsible for site leadership and management of RMS Stratford calibration operations. Responsible for leading personnel, staffing, budget, capital, and lab operations. Will operate as member of a larger RMS Metrology Management team to drive improvements. Experienced leader with Continuous Improvement, maintaining positive stakeholder relationships, and motivating personnel performance to improve efficiency. Provides technology forecasting, workload balancing, personnel development, and team building.
Experience in risk identification, mitigation, and compliance to industry standards.

Desired skills- Demonstrated leadership skills managing both technical and personnel aspects with cross team collaboration.

- Direct experience in the establishment and management of a Calibration Lab Quality management System.
- In depth knowledge of international and national metrology standards.
- Experience executing within a calibration management database preferably Indysoft.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
