We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician for a well-established, multi-provider adult primary care practice in the state of Connecticut, located near Stratford. This opportunity is ideal for someone who values a work-life balance, a supportive practice environment, and the chance to serve a diverse patient population. Position Details:
Role:
Primary Care Physician serving patients 18 and older.

Location:

Near Stratford, CT Setting: 100% office-based, outpatient primary care.

Schedule:

Full-time, weekdays only. Option for a 4-day workweek. Phone Call:
Minimal on-call responsibilities, averaging 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months. Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: guaranteed, with uncapped incentive potential. Sign-On Bonus:

Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High-Risk Case Managers, and Pharmacists, offering a holistic approach to patient care. Mentorship & Orientation:
