Skilled Careers are currently recruiting a labourer in Stratford Upon Avon CV37 to start ASAP for the rest of the week. Pre plastering work involved also.

Start times 7.30am-4.30pm

Must be able to provide references from previous employers

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various operational activities across our site. Duties

Assisting with loading and unloading materials, ensuring safe handling at all times

Preparing work areas by clearing debris and organising tools and equipment

Supporting tradespeople and other team members with general labouring tasks

Moving, lifting, and positioning materials or equipment as required

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work site to uphold safety standards

Assisting with minor repairs or maintenance tasks under supervision

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all activities

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring or manual handling role is advantageous but not essential

Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks over extended periods

Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team

Strong organisational skills with attention to safety procedures

A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills

Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to manual work

A valid UK driving licence is desirable but not mandatory
