Maintenance Electrician

Job Summary

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join one of the country's leading Facilities Management companies working in Stratford Upon Avon and the surrounding region.

The role will be working as part of a team at a number of retail sites in the region undertaking a range of building maintenance duties, focusing on planned and reactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical plant.

The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background and hold electrical qualifications such as NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in electrical installations or maintenance, and 17/18th edition as a minimum.

• Support other technicians with any major or minor maintenance work.
• Complete all necessary PPMs and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete.
• Prioritise and complete minor maintenance and repair work to agreed timescales.
• Ensure all tools and equipment needed for minor maintenance and repairs are available and serviceable.
• Attend other sites within the cluster to carry out work when required.
• Work with company and client colleagues to maintain laid‑down standards of quality.
• Represent the company professionally and develop good working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Carry out all tasks in accordance with specific KPIs.
• Monitor and update the Mercury system accurately, ensuring live job updates from you and your team at all times.

• NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in electrical installations / maintenance or recognised apprenticeship equivalent.
• 17th or 18th edition of the construction specification.

Basic Salary – £39,094 (including standby).

Paid Travel Time.

Overtime rates 1.5x Monday to Friday, 2x Saturday and Sunday.
