Trainee Motorcycle Sales Executive – Stratford-upon-Avon

£28,000 basic salary | OTE £40,000

45 hours per week | Monday–Saturday (rostered day off)

Kick-start your career in motorcycle sales with a well-established and highly regarded motorcycle dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a trainee opportunity, perfect for someone with the right attitude, energy, and willingness to learn – no previous sales experience required.

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you’ll learn how to guide customers through the full sales journey, from first enquiry to handover. You’ll be supported with structured training, mentoring, and real hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

You’ll also benefit from access to a company motorcycle, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the brand and lifestyle.

• Welcoming customers and delivering an outstanding showroom experience
• Learning how to sell new and used motorcycles and associated products
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
• Supporting the sales team with enquiries, test rides, and vehicle handovers
• Building strong product knowledge through ongoing training

• No sales experience required – full training provided
• A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
• Confident, approachable, and customer‑focused
• Interest in motorcycles or the motorcycling lifestyle (beneficial but not essential)
• Motorcycle licence not required

• £28,000 basic salary with OTE of £40,000
