About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Car Sales Executive to join our Stratford-upon-Avon dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in automotive sales. Full training is provided, and you will have a clear path to develop into a Sales Executive role.

You’ll learn how to guide customers through the vehicle buying process while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle needs

* Presenting new and used vehicles confidently

* Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives

* Handling enquiries in person, online, and over the phone

* Building long-term customer relationships

* Supporting the sales team with follow-ups and administrative tasks

* Learning finance, insurance, and compliance processes (FCA)

* Achieving individual and team sales targets

What We’re Looking For

* Confident, professional, and approachable

* Strong communication and listening skills

* Motivated to earn commission and progress in sales

* Positive, customer-focused attitude

* Full UK driving licence

* Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
