We are a leading provider of high-performance flooring insulation systems, trusted by contractors, installers, and house builders across the country. Our innovative solutions help create energy-efficient, sustainable, and high-quality buildings. We are now looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our flooring insulation systems to contractors, installers, and house builders. You will play a key role in developing new business, building strong relationships, and helping our customers choose the right solutions for their projects.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building sectors.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing contractors, installers, and house builders.
• Provide expert product knowledge and advice to clients to help them make informed decisions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and generate leads.

• Proven experience in B2B sales within construction materials, building products, or insulation systems.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and the needs of contractors, installers, and house builders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to travel within the region as required.

• £40,000 - £50,000 basic
• £10,000 - £20,000 bonus
