This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Manager, located in Alcester. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Daily tasks include setting sales targets, analysing sales performance, creating sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. The role also involves attending industry events and staying updated on market trends.

• Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Leadership abilities and experience in managing a sales team
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to attend industry events and stay updated on market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
