We’re looking for an ambitious, creative and highly organised Junior Marketing Manager to support across every area of marketing and brand, with a strong focus on organic content, customer storytelling, email marketing, retention, community growth and podcast production.
You’ll work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager, playing a hands‑on role in growing our reach, understanding our customers deeply, and shaping Gutology’s voice and story across multiple channels. This role blends creativity with strategy — from writing engaging emails and nurturing our community, to using customer insight to improve retention and long-term loyalty.

- Support and execute Gutology’s organic social strategy
- Plan, create and publish content across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube and Linked In
- Manage weekly content calendars, reactive posts and community engagement
- Track organic performance and identify what content resonates
- Write and schedule weekly email campaigns and blog articles (with our in‑house nutritionist)
- Support CRM and retention strategies to improve engagement and repeat purchase
- Review and track retention metrics via Klaviyo
- Support production and growth of the Gutology Podcast (planning, logistics, content snippets)
- Assist with brand campaigns, launches and partnerships
- Support influencer collaborations, gifting and PR send‑outs
- Help track brand performance and awareness
- Track and report on brand and content performance across Google Search Console, Klaviyo and social
- Maintain simple performance reports and internal trackers
- 1–2 years’ experience in a start‑up or small business environment
- Confidence writing clear, engaging brand copy across digital channels
- Hands‑on experience with organic social media platforms
- A proactive, can‑do attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- A genuine interest in natural health, wellness or nutrition
- Experience using Klaviyo or a similar email/CRM platform
- Experience creating and scheduling content using tools such as Hootsuite or similar
- Previous experience managing or supporting online communities
