We are looking for an experienced Transport General Manager to lead our operation and drive performance, innovation and excellence across the transport network. In this pivotal role, you will shape day‑to‑day operations, inspire high‑performing teams and play a key part in delivering outstanding service to our customers.

• Take ownership of the day‑to‑day transport operation, ensuring all deliveries are executed safely, on time and in full.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships and providing clear communication.
• Continuously look for smarter, more efficient ways of working – streamlining processes, improving route planning and introducing new technology.
• Champion a culture where safety is the number one priority, maintaining compliance with transport legislation and audit‑ready standards.
• Develop and inspire a high‑performing team through regular coaching, clear communication and support for their growth.
• Use data and performance metrics to identify trends, spot opportunities and implement improvements that drive operational excellence.

• Strong leadership ability, confidence and capability to lead from the front and build relationships.
• Hands‑on, supportive style focused on getting the best out of people through coaching and mentoring.
• Organised, able to juggle multiple priorities and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• International CPC certification is a real advantage (but we still welcome those working towards it).
