• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well‑maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, timing of work, and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals while following Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and take initiative independently.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service, and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Open, honest, self‑driven, determined, reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
