• Cash entries, reconciliations and maintenance in Acturis
• Premium management and maintenance ensuring all entries are attributable to the correct parties, month end & yearend accounts
• To play an active role, attend meetings where necessary and to undertake other reasonable duties if required, to ensure the department operates efficiently
• Bank reconciliations and journal postings
• Cashbook, purchase and sales ledger maintenance
• Keeping Acturis up to date

• Must have at least 1 year of experience using Acturis.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the UK Insurance Industry (Essential)
• Basic technical knowledge of FCA regulations as they pertain to insurance intermediaries
• Live within a reasonable commute to our offices
• Motor insurance experience is not essential but is preferred
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Drive to learn – with a work ethic of continual improvement and excellent service
• Certificate in Insurance or above
