Reports to: Lead Project Manager
Grade: P3
Department: Chief Operating Office
Contract: 6 month fixed-term contract
Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Location: Stratford, London. Office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office)

We are searching for a Senior Project Manager (Technology) to join our Project & Delivery Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end delivery of a range of medium to large Marketing Technology change projects and programmes. This will involve facilitating teamwork and collaboration, providing quality stakeholder engagement, reporting on time frames and budgets, and matrix managing our talented project teams.

What will I be doing?
  • Facilitating and leading the end-to-end delivery of a range of medium to large Marketing Technology change projects and programmes.
  • Collaborating with Sponsor, Business Owner(s), and project team to clearly define project vision, outcomes, key milestones, decisions, and project roadmap.
  • Applying an Agile mindset to effectively deliver a range of complex projects while collaborating across teams and ensuring appropriate governance with stakeholders.
  • Identifying and planning project resource needs, governance, and structure.
  • This includes identifying and managing all risks, issues, and opportunities with the project team, as well as collaborating with the project team and partners to identify options and recommendations for project delivery.
  • Identifying stakeholders and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Leading the day-to-day project activity and team ensuring effective collaboration and planning.
  • Managing escalations appropriately to ensure decisions are made by the appropriate representatives based on evidence while considering risks, costs, benefits, and options.
