Overview

Join us as a Support Worker at our bespoke development in Alcester, Warwickshire. Our innovative Housing with Care and Support service offers a modern, comfortable, and safe environment for individuals with learning disabilities and other support needs, including complex physical and health conditions.

• Provide personal care and assist with domestic tasks like cooking and cleaning.
• Administer medication as required and ensure residents’ wellbeing and safety.
• Support tenants to maximize their well-being and independence, fostering a fulfilling and valued life.
• Encourage service users to engage in social activities both within and outside their homes.
• Support residents in participating in a wide range of activities to ensure variety in daily life.

• No previous care experience is required.
• Full-time and part-time hours available, worked flexibly according to the service's needs.
• Full training is provided.
• Opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.

The service is conveniently located with great public transport links and multiple bus stops nearby.
