Location: Canners Way, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 0BJ

Salary: Up to £52,894 oswa per annum (depending on experience)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday. Occasional night visits or weekend work may be required.

• Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care within the home.
• Create and update individual care plans, maintaining clear and accurate medication records.
• Ensure correct staffing levels through efficient rota management.
• Provide day‑to‑day support and guidance to the team, promoting residents’ independence, choice and dignity.
• Build lasting relationships with residents, their families and the care home itself.
• Develop relationships with local partners to raise the home’s profile locally and beyond.

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and commitment to the NMC Code of Conduct.
• Strong knowledge of tissue viability, infection control and care planning.
• Excellent communication skills, able to build honest relationships with residents and families.
• Leadership qualities – able to delegate, mentor a team and promote excellent customer service.
• Excellent time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Respectful and compassionate team player.
