Credit Controller

The Job Introduction We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our Head Office team in Stratford upon Avon. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a dynamic and dedicated group of individuals supporting our business in every way possible. Role and Responsibilities Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debt via telephone, email and written communication Build strong relationships with our customers and internal teams while maintaining firm credit control practices Reconcile accounts and resolve queries efficiently Collaborate with the finance team to improve cash flow and reduce aged debt Production of monthly statements Credit checks and customer profiling Prepare and compile debt reports for the Divisional Financial Controller About you An experienced Credit Controller, potentially studying towards or CICM qualified (ideal but not essential).
